The areas that will be treated are cornices, skirting boards, internal door & window frames, the roof void, subfloor, externally all patios, paths, fences, lawns, external door & window frames, eaves, gutters, any shed or garage and the wall voids.
How long do I need to vacate for?
Depending on the treatment that is carried out, anywhere from 2 hours to 24 hours, rodents no vacating time. General pests spiders, ants, fleas, earwigs most crawling insects 2-4 hours. Termites 8-24 hours. Check with the technician he will be able to give you a better indication.
How long will it take for the treatment to work?
Depending on the degree of the problem and the type of pest, anywhere from immediately to approximately 6 weeks, this is regarded as a control period again check with your technician.
Do I need to vacate my pets?
Yes especially dogs, for the specified vacating period unless they are placed in an area separate to the area to be treated. If you have fish or birds cover the aquarium or cage with a towel.
Are the chemicals you use safe to be around?
Yes the chemicals are very safe, internally we use a chemical of very low toxicity eg: as toxic as table salt.
Do I need to do anything, like empty my pantry?
Empty cupboards only if there is a problem in that area. You need to put all food items, cookware, crockery and cutlery away, you need to remove clothes from clothes lines, and close all windows, turn any dog or cat bowls over. The technician will advise otherwise on the day.

What happens if it rains on the day?
If the weather is not permitting, the customer will receive a phone call from our office before the time scheduled and the appointment will be rescheduled. This will occur when it is raining, windy or going to rain within 2 hours of the treatment time as the chemical requires 1-2 hours to dry.
What is a free ID & Quote?
ID is identification, we offer a free ID/Quote when the customer cannot identify the infestation or damage. eg:timber pests(Termites).
How often should I get my house treated for pests?
Most customers who have pest control carried out usually do this on a 12 monthly basis when they have a problem, some customer have pest control every 6 months, this is done to prevent problems and keep their property free of pests all year round.
Do you offer pensioner discounts?
Yes, we offer pensioners a 10% discount, the client needs to present their pensioner card to the technician upon arrival.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we do offer warranties in most cases we offer a six month warranty and up to 12 months for termites.
