In a home they have many nesting areas, in wall voids, cupboards, roof voids, in stored foods, furniture and many other locations
Their life cycle is 1 year and in that time they may have between 6-10 litters, each with 5-6 young. The young mouse reaches sexual maturity in 6 weeks, and the cycle begins again.
